Lwandile Gagela is an experienced Mechanical Engineer with a B-Tech from the University of Johannesburg, a B.Sc. Honours in Technology Management from the University of Pretoria, and a Project Management Certificate from Wits University. He is a registered Professional Engineering Technologist (PR Tech Eng) with ECSA and is pursuing a Government Certificate of Competence in Factories. He is also registered with the PMI Institute to write the PMP exams.

With over 20 years of experience in heavy industry capital projects, he has expertise in mechanical, civil, and electrical engineering. His background spans manufacturing, FMCG, and mineral processing plants. He is a founding member and Managing Director of Valuetech Engineering Solutions.
